What is Colly.io and who is it for?
Colly.io is a cloud-based multi-tenant SaaS platform for e-commerce fulfillment and multichannel order management. It is ideal for online retailers, multichannel sellers and fulfillment service providers who want to efficiently manage orders from multiple channels in a single interface.
Which sales channels are supported?
Currently supported: Amazon (Seller Central), eBay, Kaufland, netto-online, Shopify and WooCommerce. Each channel can be configured independently with its own credentials, mappings and shipping profiles.
What happens when my subscription expires?
In case of payment default, the account switches to a restricted read-only mode. You can still log in and view invoices, but cannot perform any actions. After successful payment, full access is automatically restored.
