Frequently asked questions
Which sales channels are supported?
Currently Colly.io supports Amazon (Seller Central), eBay, Kaufland, netto-online, Shopify and WooCommerce. Each channel is configured independently with its own credentials, mappings and shipping profiles.
How does the automatic import work?
Colly.io continuously fetches new orders via the official channel APIs. During initial setup, historical orders are also imported. The import runs entirely in the background.
Can I also create orders manually?
Yes. Phone and email orders can be entered directly in Colly.io as manual orders. They go through the same fulfillment process as automatically imported orders.
