Which shipping carriers are integrated?
Currently DHL and UPS are directly integrated into Colly.io. Labels can be created directly from the order overview without a separate shipping portal.
How does the automatic shipping route selection work?
You define rules based on criteria such as package weight, destination country, sales channel or product category. Colly.io then automatically selects the appropriate carrier and shipping service for each order.
Are tracking numbers automatically reported to Amazon & eBay?
Yes. As soon as a label is created, Colly.io automatically transmits the tracking number to the channel. Amazon and eBay receive the shipment information immediately, without manual intervention.
