Which sales channels are supported?

Currently supported: Amazon (Seller Central), eBay, Kaufland, netto-online, Shopify and WooCommerce. Each channel can be configured independently with its own credentials, mappings and shipping profiles.

How does inventory management work with multiple locations?

Colly.io supports any number of warehouses with independent inventory management. Stock levels, reservations and goods receipts are managed per warehouse. Goods receipts can be recorded via barcode scan. All movements are logged in a revision-proof audit trail.

Is there a DATEV integration?

Yes. Colly.io exports DATEV-compatible CSV files (journal entries, accounts, tax keys). ZUGFeRD invoices (PDF + XML) are also supported. All documents are archived in a GoBD-compliant and revision-proof manner.

How are returns managed?

Colly.io provides a structured RMA process: Announced → Label created → In transit → Received → Inspected → Restocking or disposal → Completed. Return labels can be generated via DHL and UPS - the entire process is logged with an audit trail.

Question 6

What happens when my subscription expires?

Accepted Answer

In case of payment default, the account switches to a restricted read-only mode. You can still log in and view invoices, but cannot perform any actions. After successful payment, full access is automatically restored.
