Full RMA process integrated

Returns are one of the biggest operational challenges in e-commerce. Today's update delivers a fully structured RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process - from the first announcement to completion.

The Process Flow

The new RMA process follows a clear, traceable flow: Announced → Label created → In transit → Received → Inspected → Restocking or disposal → Completed.

Every status change is logged with timestamp and user. The complete audit trail is accessible at any time.

Return Labels

Return labels can be generated directly from Colly.io via DHL and UPS. Labels are automatically sent by email to the customer or can be downloaded as PDF.

Inspection and Disposition

After goods receipt, Colly.io supports inspection with a structured inspection form. Based on the result, goods can be directly restocked, marked as disposal, or prepared for further processing.
